If you do have problems during a game please ensure that you register the issue during the game to technical support at sutvsupport@streamamg.com including details of the device and browser you are using as well as any error message that you receive. This will help us investigate the issue and promptly fix it.
If you do not email us during the game, and/or complete troubleshooting you will not be eligible for a refund.
Users using a VPN will also not be eligible for a refund as VPN usage is strictly prohibited.
